Rules & Conditions

Players must compete only in their age division or higher
Individual: For tie for 1st place, we will decide winner by sudden death play off. If there are reasons that keep us from the play-off, eg. not enough light, inclement weather or other causes that out of our control, the winner will be decided by scorecard count-back (no. 4)
Maximum of 3 holes for sudden death play-off. This apply to both team and individual format. After 3 holes without a winner, chief referee may choose to break the tie with shoot-out
For tie for 2nd-5th place, we will use scorecard count-back by comparing last 18, last 9, last 6, and last 3 holes aggregate scores respectively. If there still a tie, we will compare (count back) hole-by-hole score from 18th hole to 1st hole untill we have the winner.
For tie for 6th place onwards, will be delcared as a tie (T)
Team: Tie for 1st place in team event: Team manager will choose his/her best player for a sudden death play-off. If there are reasons that keep us from the play-off, eg. not enough light, inclement weather or other causes that out of our control, the winner will be decided by scorecard count-back (no. 4)
Tie for 2nd or 3rd place in team event: Use total team scores count-back from round 3, round 2 and round 1 respectively. If there still a tie after 3 rounds count-back, those teams will be declared as shared winners.
Spectators are allowed on the tournament days on conditions mentioned below:
- Walking are permitted on cart path only
- Please keep communications with players to the minimum
- Any communitcations should be limited to only words of encourangements
- Please refrain from giving advice during competition. Such violation may result in disqualification.
- Spectator carts are not allowed
- Players are not allow on golf carts without referee's permission
- Please keep quiet during the play
- If spectators or parents do not adhere strictly to AJM rules and conditions, we will kindly ask you to wait for your player at the clubhouse. Should you choose to continue disregarding these rules after receiving a warning, we reserve the right to withdraw your player from the tournament. Please note that in such cases, the registration fee and any other related fees may not be refunded.
One ball rule is in effect for class A and B. Your golf balls must listed on USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls
Your driver must be on USGA List of Conforming Driver Heads (A and B)
DMDs are allowed without slope measurments
Private or personal caddies are permitted for D class only. Please ask for caddie bib during registration.
A-C class competitors must use club caddies. Caddies bookings are permitted only on tournament days.
Golf carts are not allowed for all competitors (except D class players)
Transportations are allowed only for C & D class from Green to the next Teeing Area
Double-par rule is in effect for "D class players".

Team Format

*Each country can norminate upto 4 teams*
**One category may have no more than 2 teams, such as Boys Junior Masters Team A and Team B**
Each team consists of 2-4 players. Only 2 best score on each day count towards team score
There are Junior Masters Team (A&B Class) and Youth Masters Team (C&D Class)

There are 4 Teams category as below mentioned:

1. Boys Junior Masters Team - Combination of any A and B players upto 4 players/team

2. Girls Junior Masters Team - Combination of any A and B players upto 4 players/team

3. Boys Youth Masters Team - Combination of any C and D players upto 4 players/team

4. Girls Youth Masters Team - Combination of any C and D players upto 4 players/team
