If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you are authorized to act on behalf of that entity to enter into a binding agreement pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and to register with us for an account on behalf of the entity. In these Terms and Conditions, references to "you" and "your" refer to the account owner, whether an individual or a legal entity.

Furthermore, TheJGS.com reserves the right to utilize your data for analytical purposes at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that any personal data you provide or that is processed through the computer systems controlling the operation of the TheJGS.com website shall be the exclusive right and property of TheJGS.com. TheJGS.com recommends that you keep your membership username and password confidential. TheJGS.com will never ask for your password under any circumstances. In cases where you use a shared computer, please always log out when you no longer wish to use the services or close your browser upon completing your session. This is to prevent others from accessing your information, which could potentially cause you harm at a later time.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your membership username and password. TheJGS.com shall not be held liable if you disclose your membership username and password to another party.

Usage of Data, Text, Images, and Videos

1. Any text, images, and/or works, along with all activities that occur, may be displayed across the Company's various media channels.
2. The Company reserves the right to use any text, images, and/or works submitted for activities. These materials may be edited, modified, and attributed to the participant for promotional purposes, without prior notification and without any additional compensation.
3. The Company reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate, such as that which is malicious, slanderous, likely to cause social conflict, or damaging to a third party's reputation, without prior notice.
4. Participants must be the copyright owners of all images and text submitted for activities. Submitted images, videos, and text must not be reproduced, copied, modified, altered, or infringe upon copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants must fully comply with all rules of the activity. If any breach of these rules is found, the Company reserves the right to immediately disqualify the participant without prior notice.
5. In cases where photographs or videos posted by a participant to enter this activity contain images of faces or the voices of other individuals, the participant must have informed and obtained explicit consent from those individuals beforehand.
6. By participating, the participant confirms they have read the activity's terms and conditions and hereby consent to Global Golf Management Co., Ltd. collecting, using, disclosing, and processing the personal data and/or any other information provided in the specified details and/or forms. The participant agrees to be bound by and comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Participants may review the Privacy Policy for further information.

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By entering this tournament, including practice rounds, players and accompanying persons (“followers”) assume full responsibility for all risks of accident, injury, loss, or damage. The organizers, host club, and sponsors shall bear no liability. Participants and followers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers against any claims arising from their participation.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms. Those unwilling to accept should not enter or attend the tournament.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

TheJGS.com respects your right to privacy. Therefore, as a general principle, the information we receive from you will be used solely for the purposes of this website. Your information will not be disclosed to anyone except authorized employees, unless:

• Your consent has been obtained.
• Disclosure is required by law, for the benefit of an investigation or judicial process.
• Disclosure is made lawfully or in compliance with an order from a relevant government agency.
